About Nistha

Nistha came into existence in the year 2011 by getting it’s legal status under Society Registration Act XXI, 1860.

The Organization Core Purpose and Objective is to bring overall development and prosperity along with Social Justice among the Rural Community and bring them the benefits of social and Govt. Welfare Program with easy accessibility affordability and availability.

We work on the with top priority based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of United Nations Organization (UNO) with focusing on SDG-1-No Poverty, SDG-2-Zero Hunger, SDG-3-Good Health & Well Being, SDG-4-Quality Education, SDG-5-Clean Water & Sanitation.

Legal Status

Nistha is a Non Government Organization Registered under the Society Registration Act 21, 1860 bearing it’s Registration No. 1053/11-12 as on dated 21/12/2011 under the Dept. of Revenue Registration and Land Reforms, Govt. of Jharkhand.

Nistha is having all required mandatory documents like 80G, 12A, PAN, TAN, GSTunder the Income Tax Department.
Nistha is also affiliated under the NGO DARPAN under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India

We are having Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Registration under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India.
Our Quality Management System is Certified under the ISO 9001:2015.
